PAHs Testing

PAHs refers to two or more than two benzene class of organic compounds. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is molecule contains two or more benzene hydrocarbons, including naphthalene, anthracene, phenanthrene, pyrene, etc. More than 150 kinds of compounds. Called the English polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, hereinafter referred to as PAHs. Some PAHs contain nitrogen, sulfur and cyclopentane, common PAHs of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are four to six ring fused ring compounds. The international cancer research center(IARC)(1976) listed in the 94 kinds of carcinogenic compounds to experimental animals. Among them 15speices belong to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, as a result of benzo(a) pyrene was discovered the first envirommental chemical carcinogens ,but also has a strong carcinogenic, reason often in benzo(a) pyrene, as the representative of the polycyclic aromatic it total carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,1%-20%.

The main composition of PAHs Of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons Lord will 18 compounds as: Acenaphthylene, Acenaphthene, Fluorene, Phenanthrene, Anthracene, Fluoranthene, Pyrene, Naphthalene, Benzo(a)anthracene, Chrysene, Benzo(b)fluoranthene, Benzo(k)fluoranthene, Benzo(j)fluoranthene, Benzo(e)pyrene Benzo(a)pyrene, Indeno(1,2,3cd)pyrene, Dibenzo(a,h)anthracene, Benzo(g,h,i)perylene.
